About the role

  • Sales & Customer Operations Manager coordinating Order-to-Cash processes for eClear AG based in Berlin. Focus on CRM data management, lead qualification, and customer onboarding in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for CRM data management (Pipedrive), including lead and contract data.
  • Analyze, optimize and maintain sales processes and systems.
  • Handle and qualify inbound leads (including initial calls).
  • Handle support requests and assist with customer onboarding.
  • Independently prepare and follow up on quotations and orders, including invoicing (SAP SD).

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration.
  • Experience with SAP SD (or related SAP modules) and CRM systems, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong MS Office skills; high affinity for data analysis and process optimization.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional EU languages are a plus.
