Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 8+ years of Development and Supply chains experience working with product from concept through execution
Deep knowledge of creative operations, product development, merchandising, and supply chain processes
Practical experience of documenting processes mapping
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt and influence creative leads and senior executive leadership
Ability to perform efficiently within a fast-paced team environment with a strong sense of urgency
High level of organizational skills, including strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-up/follow-through skills
Seasoned strategic thinking leader with proven abilities to successfully execute strategies to tactical action
Proven leadership and managerial experience, including developing a high-performing team and individuals.
