Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or 8+ years of Development and Supply chains experience working with product from concept through execution
- Deep knowledge of creative operations, product development, merchandising, and supply chain processes
- Practical experience of documenting processes mapping
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt and influence creative leads and senior executive leadership
- Ability to perform efficiently within a fast-paced team environment with a strong sense of urgency
- High level of organizational skills, including strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-up/follow-through skills
- Seasoned strategic thinking leader with proven abilities to successfully execute strategies to tactical action
- Proven leadership and managerial experience, including developing a high-performing team and individuals.
