Responsibilities
Oversee pre-sales, renewals, repurchases and revenue growth processes, ensuring predictability and efficiency;
Lead team meetings to review results, priorities and processes;
Participate in meetings with existing and prospective clients, strengthening relationships and providing feedback to Growth, Product and Tech teams;
Monitor goals and performance indicators in the HubSpot CRM with an analytical mindset and a focus on efficiency;
Generate reports and insights to support coordination decisions;
Assume leadership of the area during the coordinator's maternity leave.
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Customer Relations;
Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields;
Experience in leading or supervising teams;
Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot);
Strong communication skills, empathy, and an analytical outlook;
