About the role

  • Regional Account Manager managing key accounts and distributors while growing Alpha business in a defined territory. Collaborating closely with the Regional Commercial Director on market strategies and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new target accounts
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Develop new opportunities with existing clients
  • Lead the commercial development of your territory
  • Define and implement market strategies
  • Manage and develop key accounts and distributors
  • Monitor sales performance through regular customer visits
  • Provide regular commercial reporting, including competitor intelligence
  • Act as a communication bridge between inside and outside teams
  • Support commercial and marketing initiatives in the territory

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in automotive, electronic or manufacturing industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemistry or Industrial Technology
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management
  • Ability to develop and execute relevant individual MBOs
  • Strong communication skills (reporting, meetings, conference calls, presentations)
  • Ability to meet stretch targets and execute commercial strategies effectively
  • Experience developing strong customer partnerships
  • Solid capability in building accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
