Responsibilities
End-to-end handling of complex processes within customer service in the energy sector (written and telephone)
Performing timely and accurate billing for all feed-in customers
Contacting feed-in customers (no outbound sales, no acquisition)
Reviewing, validating and disbursing incoming invoices in accordance with the EnWG (Energy Industry Act) and EEG (Renewable Energy Sources Act) for renewable energy
Requirements
