Responsibilities
Provide customer support nationally and partially internationally, with a focus on DIY/home improvement retailers
Order monitoring, quotation preparation and schedule tracking
Development of promotional and assortment proposals
Active support of the field sales team through statistical evaluations and customer analyses
Creation and maintenance of customer master data
Preparation of bonus, commission and year-end reconciliations, including for associations, manufacturers and sales agencies
Close collaboration with other company departments and with affiliated tool manufacturers
Requirements
Completed commercial training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk) or equivalent
Professional experience in inside sales
Confident handling of an ERP system, e.g., SAP, and proficient use of MS Office
Strong service orientation and an open, communicative personality
Enjoy developing and analyzing customers and actively supporting the field sales team
Interest in innovative tools and technical products
Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
