About the role

  • People Operations Intern at Dulcedo managing administrative support and training coordination for Learning and Development. Enhancing internal operations and employee experience within a creative agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development (L&D) department, including scheduling and maintaining records.
  • Update and organize onboarding materials, training presentations and internal guides to ensure they are accessible and up to date.
  • Assist with translation (English ↔ French) of internal documents and help create SOPs and guides to standardize processes.
  • Coordinate the Shadow Program and support onboarding logistics, training tracking and workshop scheduling.
  • Take notes during meetings and prepare summaries for stakeholders.
  • Support website update efforts and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.

Requirements

  • University student or recent graduate in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to adapt in an environment where priorities change quickly
  • Strong communicator, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment — not afraid to ask questions or propose ideas
  • Curious and solution-oriented — enjoys improving processes and finding ways to increase efficiency
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and strong proficiency in written French (major asset)
  • Comfortable with digital tools, particularly Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); interest in online learning tools (LMS) is a plus
