About the role

  • Internship in HR Marketing at Dräger organizing career events and supporting student programs. Engage in employer branding initiatives while gaining practical experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently organize events for our university marketing and career fairs
  • Plan and accompany company visits for student groups at national and international levels
  • Support the management of the Dräger student engagement program to promote early talent development
  • Assist with and support onboarding events for new employees at Dräger
  • Take on small independent projects in HR/employer marketing

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Business Administration (BWL), Communications, Event Management (at least in the 4th semester), or a comparable degree program with a focus on marketing, HR, or communications
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
