Responsibilities

  • Actively approach potential new customers in the B2B sector
  • Identify promising target companies and establish initial contacts
  • Arrange qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain and document activities in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, telemarketing or customer contact — or career changers with a talent for sales
  • Strong communication skills and confident with a positive presence
  • Work in a structured, goal-oriented manner
  • Proficient use of digital tools and CRM systems
  • Native-level German language skills, both written and spoken
