Responsible for leading the inside sales operations to achieve revenue and growth goals.
Manages a team of TLM Sales Associates selling to B2B customers and resellers.
Drives sales campaigns, oversees pipeline management, and ensures team performance.
Provides daily supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to the team.
Develops and implements sales campaigns to meet monthly revenue objectives.
Manages CRM system usage and ensures accurate tracking of customer activity.
Collaborates with internal teams for seamless customer experience.
Communicates sales goals, policies, and procedures clearly to the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment.
Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Experience in workforce management, human capital management, or time and attendance solutions preferred.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales performance reporting.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Strategic thinker with solid business acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
