About the role

  • Inside Sales Manager responsible for driving sales for Lathem PayClock Online in a hybrid role. Leading teams and managing B2B sales operations to achieve revenue and growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the inside sales operations to achieve revenue and growth goals.
  • Manages a team of TLM Sales Associates selling to B2B customers and resellers.
  • Drives sales campaigns, oversees pipeline management, and ensures team performance.
  • Provides daily supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to the team.
  • Develops and implements sales campaigns to meet monthly revenue objectives.
  • Manages CRM system usage and ensures accurate tracking of customer activity.
  • Collaborates with internal teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Communicates sales goals, policies, and procedures clearly to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in workforce management, human capital management, or time and attendance solutions preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales performance reporting.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with solid business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
