About the role

  • Inside Sales Specialist engaging with clients in the DACH region for KOST, a software provider for the hospitality industry. Managing leads and customer relationships in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • You manage our existing customers in the DACH region.
  • You qualify inbound leads from our marketing team and quickly identify where real potential lies.
  • You present our software solutions in engaging customer conversations — personable, persuasive, and on an equal footing.
  • You prepare proposals and support administrative tasks across the entire sales process.
  • You regularly maintain your customer data in the HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in sales, ideally in the software industry.
  • A background in hospitality or knowledge of inventory/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • You are familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and good English skills.
  • You work independently, in a structured way, and find a solution for every problem.
  • You have a personable manner and can convince your interlocutors — whether on the phone or in a video call.
