About the role

  • Inside Sales Manager at Placetel focusing on partner deal management and business growth. Engaging with partners to ensure successful collaboration and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Management: You track deals involving up to 50 users together with our partners and support their implementation.
  • Sales Success & Closing Assurance: With your sales talent, negotiation skills and eye for opportunity, you ensure that partner deals are successfully closed.
  • Partner Support: Via our Partner Sales Hotline you provide sales partners with advice and hands-on support, answer their questions and help them overcome challenges.
  • Motivation & Business Development: You identify new business opportunities with partners, motivate them to increase their activity, and support them in achieving their revenue targets.
  • Onboarding & Activation: You guide new sales partners through our digital onboarding process and ensure they are fully prepared to sell our products.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role — you know how to support and motivate sales partners.
  • You are known for being helpful and knowledgeable, and you can explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
  • Whether by phone, email or chat — you communicate clearly, politely and solution-oriented.
  • You recognize potential and proactively bring new ideas to promote the success of our sales partners.
  • You keep an overview and work efficiently even when handling multiple tasks.
