Responsibilities
Attend to generated leads, preferably by phone, and via the other communication channels used by the company (to handle student requests and complete the sale);
Act in compliance with legal requirements and adapt to internal policies by actively participating in trainings and reporting any challenges. Protect the confidentiality of information in accordance with Afya’s code of ethics and the LGPD;
Interact and negotiate with prospective clients in a personalized manner (understanding each person’s profile, pain points, and needs), aligning Medcel’s products and services to client needs to drive conversions and customer satisfaction, as well as to meet department targets for student numbers and product mix;
Provide feedback into Afya’s system with information about the client, including expectations and/or negative experiences with Afya’s products and/or services, contributing to Afya’s continuous improvement;
Ensure a fast and accurate response to interested clients, logging all activities such as emails and calls in the CRM system to maintain control of the customer relationship;
Maintain follow-up on opportunities and contacts (through Salesforce tasks and WhatsApp Business tools) to maximize sales effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
Microsoft Office;
Experience with CRM systems;
Knowledge of sales techniques;
Previous experience in the role;
Knowledge of education sales is desirable;
Availability to work 08:00–18:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 on Friday, and rotating Saturday shifts.
