Responsibilities
Maximize sales, profitability, growth and market penetration in Quebec, mostly in the Montreal area
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers or prospects
Meet or exceed strategic objectives with professionalism while adhering to Domtar’s values
Expand existing territory by opening new accounts or developing inactive accounts
Develop and manage an action plan using the “SMART” strategy
Prepare and submit activity and results reports
Analyze current product offering and value-added products for existing customers
Resolve issues following customer complaints and coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, and other departments
Requirements
University degree or equivalent
3 to 5 years of sales experience
Effective communication, conflict resolution and time management skills
Dedicated individual looking to develop through in-depth training, and to grow and develop within the company
Team player, customer-oriented, problem-solving skills, business acumen
Professionalism, leadership, change management and influencing skills
Bilingualism, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
