About the role

  • Account Executive focusing on inbound leads to develop customer portfolio for a legal tech platform. Handling full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: Qualification of inbound leads — identify and prioritize leads generated by marketing or other channels, with a focus on SMB companies (1 to 5 legal professionals).
  • Understand customer needs: Conduct thorough and effective discovery calls to understand prospects' specific challenges and requirements and propose the most suitable solution.
  • Present solutions: Demonstrate our SaaS platform and its features in relation to the prospects' pain points.
  • Negotiate and close: Handle the value proposition, negotiate contract terms, and finalize deals through to signature.
  • Track sales opportunities: Proactively use the CRM to keep opportunities and the sales pipeline up to date and ensure rigorous follow-up of prospects.
  • Prioritize the hottest opportunities.
  • Share prospect and customer feedback to help improve the product and commercial processes.

Requirements

  • Sales experience: Significant experience as an Account Executive, Business Developer, or in a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment or selling B2B solutions.
  • Full sales cycle: Proven ability to manage an end-to-end sales cycle (qualification, negotiation, closing).
  • Industry expertise: Knowledge of the legal sector or experience selling to legal departments is a plus.
  • Results-oriented: Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Active listening: Attentive to the needs of your contacts and able to adapt your pitch accordingly.
  • Teamwork: Enjoy collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt quickly to change in a constantly evolving environment.
