Responsibilities
Build pipeline: Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-up from marketing initiatives.

Own your deals: Define next steps, align stakeholders, and drive opportunities to signed agreement.
Focus effort where deals move: Focus on high-intent buyers and opportunities most likely to reach a decision.
Develop commercial judgment: Understand why customers buy, handle objections, and refine repeatable messaging from real conversations.
You are expected to close your first customers within your first quarter.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or sales development role
