Responsibilities
Build pipeline: Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-up from marketing initiatives.
Run full sales cycles: Lead discovery, demo, pilot, and close — guiding customers to a clear decision.
Own your deals: Define next steps, align stakeholders, and drive opportunities to signed agreement.
Focus effort where deals move: Focus on high-intent buyers and opportunities most likely to reach a decision.
Develop commercial judgment: Understand why customers buy, handle objections, and refine repeatable messaging from real conversations.
Requirements
You have 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or sales development role.
You’re ready to move beyond booking meetings and start owning outcomes.
You’re confident and comfortable leading conversations.
You’re curious, coachable, and hungry to grow.
You want exposure to strategy, not just scripts.
