About the role

  • Junior Account Executive responsible for outbound prospecting and driving sales in wellness technology. Collaborating with senior leadership to develop strategic partnerships and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline: Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-up from marketing initiatives.
  • Run full sales cycles: Lead discovery, demo, pilot, and close — guiding customers to a clear decision.
  • Own your deals: Define next steps, align stakeholders, and drive opportunities to signed agreement.
  • Focus effort where deals move: Focus on high-intent buyers and opportunities most likely to reach a decision.
  • Develop commercial judgment: Understand why customers buy, handle objections, and refine repeatable messaging from real conversations.

Requirements

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or sales development role.
  • You’re ready to move beyond booking meetings and start owning outcomes.
  • You’re confident and comfortable leading conversations.
  • You’re curious, coachable, and hungry to grow.
  • You want exposure to strategy, not just scripts.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments where you can learn quickly and take on more responsibility.
