About the role

  • HR Operations role at Docsumo improving processes in Human Resources and managing employee documentation. Involves compliance with HR laws and assisting the team in recruiting and onboarding efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve our HR processes and policies; understand organizational needs and create & drive improvements in processes, policies, and workflows.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Stay up to date on HR laws and practices like payroll, benefits compliance, terminations, leave of absences, etc.
  • Assist the team in hiring-related processes & paperwork.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
  • Assist in any administration related work as and when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, stellar organizational skills and able to prioritize effectively
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent judgement and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
