About the role
- Key Account Management Intern supporting KAM teams in customer roll-outs and internal alignment. Working within DCS, providing solutions for e-mobility challenges in automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Join our Key Account Management team as a Key Account Management Intern (m/f/d) in our Munich and Berlin offices and work alongside experienced professionals
- Assist the KAM team with customer roll-outs and project management
- Prepare for internal and external meetings, including client presentations, OEM overviews, and electric strategies
- Support internal alignment and status reporting
- Contribute to proposals for existing customers
- Help continuously develop KAM processes and proactively support the team
- Attend client meetings and manage follow-up actions
- Take ownership of internal coordination between departments
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a degree program in management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in consulting, technology, or the automotive industry is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills are required, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take responsibility
- Structured and analytical working style with a team-oriented mindset
- Motivation to gain (further) insight into the e-mobility business
