About the role

  • Corporate Account Manager responsible for client prospecting and relationship in telecommunications sector. Joining Brasil TecPar to foster innovation and connectivity in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) segment
  • Leading meetings and participating in events
  • Managing customer portfolio and sales
  • Preparing and sending proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Knowledge of prospecting, sales, and customer portfolio management
  • Knowledge in IT/Telecommunications (IP, DDoS, PTTs/IXPs, LAN-to-LAN, SD-WAN)
  • Strong knowledge of the ISP market preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) and ERP or CRM tools
  • Availability to travel
  • Must have own vehicle.
