Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR digitization projects from ideation through implementation, including requirements gathering, IT coordination, risk management, testing, rollout, and stakeholder communication
Digitize and automate HR documents and workflows using internal low-code platforms
Maintain effective communication with IT and regularly update stakeholders on project progress
Track change requests and project milestones using JIRA
Apply advanced analytics tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) to monitor HR solution usage and identify opportunities for optimization
Participate in the company’s strategic AI adoption program by identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven HR solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and championing innovative use cases that drive business value
Coordinate activities among internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
University degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in HR process digitalization, workflow tools, business analysis or project management
Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with a passion for digital innovation
Proficiency in MS Office and core digital workplace tools
Expertise in process and document digitization platforms
High drive, customer orientation, and a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent English communication skills
Technical degree (e.g., computer science, systems engineering, data science) preferred
