About the role

  • HR Business Partner overseeing strategic alignment between business objectives and people agenda. Managing HR strategies to promote organizational culture and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting organizational decision-making with a focus on people, culture and performance;
  • Lead the Business Partner function, promoting alignment between business strategy and execution of the People agenda across the company’s areas;
  • Influence and support major organizational transformations, including structural changes, operating model evolution, leadership development and change management;
  • Design and orchestrate integrated organizational solutions in partnership with specialist areas (Organizational Development, Compensation, Culture, Diversity, etc.);
  • Manage and develop the HRBP team, strengthening a more consultative, strategic and data-driven approach;
  • Interpret and guide decisions based on people metrics, using people analytics insights to anticipate risks and opportunities and to prioritize actions;
  • Serve as guardian and driver of organizational culture, promoting consistency between messaging, practices and leadership behaviors;
  • Connect core People processes (performance, succession, engagement, organizational structure, transfers/movements, etc.) to the strategic agenda of the business areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
  • Solid experience in strategic HR Business Partner roles, with close interaction with senior leadership;
  • Specialization in the area is desirable;
  • Advanced English is desirable.
