Responsibilities
Support the U.S. Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office
Provide administrative and technical support to the Human Resources department
Coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding logistics
Issue reports and maintain HR division webpages
Manage HR-related tickler reports
Administer recognition programs
Assist with data entry and record-keeping in HR systems
May assist with the drug testing program and professional credential reimbursements
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Some college coursework in Human Resources or a related field is desirable
1 year of relevant administrative or HR support experience
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with basic HR processes and terminology
Experience working in a DOE environment is preferred
