About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Demant, a hearing healthcare technology group. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment across business units
  • Develop sourcing strategies and provide market insights
  • Drive talent pipelining and recruitment campaigns
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics to drive improvements
  • Support digital HR initiatives and process enhancements
  • Take the lead on special projects when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years in recruitment / TA, with strong technical hiring experience
  • Ability to design and implement strategic resourcing solutions
  • Confidence working with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Analytical, resourceful, and detail‑oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, etc.)
