Responsibilities
Educate the market on how we are bringing "science to the art of sales" and why Clari + Salesloft is the premier destination for top tech talent
Use Boolean logic and creative sourcing to identify and engage passive "A-players" in the SaaS space
Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, helping them refine job profiles and interview loops to ensure we hire for technical excellence and cultural add
Manage the full-cycle experience, ensuring a high-quality, diverse candidate flow that consistently hits hiring targets
Forecast hiring activity and use recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
Requirements
2–4 years of experience: You’ve managed full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced technology company (SaaS or high-growth startup experience is a must)
Tech-fluent: You speak the language of engineering and product; you can screen for technical, functional, and cultural qualities with confidence
Sourcing expert: You leverage AI and Boolean searching and have a proven track record of finding needles in haystacks.
Candidate experience obsessed: You provide a best-in-class experience, turning even passive prospects into brand advocates
Independent yet collaborative: You have the "hunter" mentality to work independently but thrive in a team driven environment
