Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment for the U.S. market
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, boolean/x-ray search
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with onshore hiring managers and internal recruitment partners
