About the role

  • Technical Recruiter focusing on IT recruitment for U.S. clients. Managing candidate sourcing, screening, and experience while ensuring alignment with hiring goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring goals
  • Source top candidates through creative strategies
  • Screen candidates for technical expertise, project experience, and cultural alignment
  • Manage pipelines for diverse IT roles, ensuring timely communication and smooth candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and track progress
  • Stay ahead of IT recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to refine strategies

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment for the U.S. market
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, boolean/x-ray search
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and candidate management skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working with onshore hiring managers and internal recruitment partners
