About the role

  • Technology Recruiter managing talent pipelines and relationships in tech consulting. Engaging technical community and providing market insights in a hybrid role located in London.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with the wider technical community to build and maintain mutually beneficial, rewarding and long-term relationships with the experts in our field
  • Articulate esynergy’s values, mission, and culture and how it drives our successful delivery of digital platforms, product and innovation
  • Create, nurture, and adapt talent pipelines that enable us to fit the right opportunities quickly and effectively with the right people
  • Collaborate with our colleagues and clients to ensure that business goals and requirements are communicated effectively to candidates
  • Advise and manage both interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure its and effective and positive experience for all
  • Provide market insights to the business, enabling us to react and respond to changes in the broader technical community

Requirements

  • Experience withing working within the tech/recruiting industry
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interest in technology, negotiating and critical thinking
  • Desire to deliver a world class service
