About the role

  • Internship in Human Resources at a tech predictive platform for renewable energy. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Assist with the organization and logistics of training sessions and internal development events.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits.
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR tasks.
  • Help manage records and update employee data in internal systems.
  • Act as a point of support for employees, helping resolve day-to-day operational requests.
  • Contribute to improving internal HR department processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible;
  • Proactive and willing to learn and contribute new ideas.
