About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, introducing new products and services to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities using market insights and historical data to target high potential accounts.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting and proactive engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with vendors, product specialists and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends through training, research and coaching to continuously improve performance and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience in an Account Management role
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
