Responsibilities
Proactively contacting prospects and existing customers by phone (outbound) across the DACH region—particularly in public administration, foundations, and similar organizations
Running campaigns to assess needs and invite contacts to online or on-site presentations—without sales pressure
Handling inquiries from existing customers, preparing quotes, and following up through to decision-making
Identifying market trends and new business opportunities in collaboration with field sales and team management
Maintaining customer data, call notes, and quotes in the CRM system (MS-Sales)
Close cooperation with inside and field sales teams and active contribution to shaping telephony processes
Requirements
Commercial/business qualification, ideally with an IT focus, or an equivalent qualification
Experience in inside sales or telephone customer support—ideally in an IT environment or with technically complex products/services
Confident use of MS365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) and ideally experience with CRM systems such as MS-Sales
Enjoyment of proactive telephone outreach (inbound & outbound) and the ability to engage professionals and executives in a credible, target-group-appropriate manner
Interest in modern IT applications and willingness to learn the company’s products
Communicative, team-oriented and customer-focused, self-directed and structured; motivated and persistent in pursuing goals even in the face of setbacks
