About the role

  • HR Administrator providing HR administrative support to colleagues within the hybrid People Services team at Flogas. Ensuring a smooth HR process while maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR Internal customers (our colleagues), providing a warm, professional, and efficient response to telephone and inbox queries.
  • Strive for first-time resolution and ensure every colleague interaction reflects the highest standard of service
  • Administer all core HR processes (starters, leavers, contractual changes, absence, training, references, probation & FTC’s) with a customer-first mindset, ensuring a smooth and supportive process for colleagues at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain and update SOPs to ensure HR processes remain efficient, standardised, and easy for colleagues to navigate.
  • Administrator onboarding tasks such as saving new starter information, liaising with line managers, chasing required documentation, updating colleagues' details, and sending onboarding and scheduled follow-up emails.
  • Administer reward-related processes (long service awards, eyecare, private medical insurance) in a way that celebrates and supports colleagues’ contributions and wellbeing.
  • Handle HR system administration with accuracy, ensuring data integrity within the HRIS so colleagues can always rely on up-to-date and reliable information.

Requirements

  • Educated to at least GCSE standard, with passes at grade C(4) or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Experience of providing a professional administrative support service within a face paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality work, to deadlines
  • Strong customer driven service mindset and approach
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation
  • Track record of having delivered improvements within an administrative environment
  • Excellent organisational skills, to manage & prioritise workload to meet conflicting deadlines
  • Committed and personable with fluent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is motivated by providing standards of excellence
  • Develop effective relationships across the business
