- Regional Operations Director managing approximately 20 Hospital Dialysis programs. Providing strategic leadership and oversight of operations while being accountable for P&L in the Orlando market.
Responsibilities
- Lead approximately 20 Hospital Dialysis programs and 200 teammates
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to field management
- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities
- Monitor division performance, work closely with Divisional Vice President or SVP
- Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, and labor management
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition and proactively assess related SWOT
