Responsibilities
Strategic business development: expanding market share for our CORBOX portfolio, including opening up new industries and target markets
Consulting and solution development: analyzing customer needs and developing tailored IT service offerings in close collaboration with technical teams
Negotiation & contract closing: managing the entire sales cycle — from first contact to successful contract conclusion
Key account management: building long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at C-level (CIO, CTO, Head of IT)
Market monitoring: analyzing trends, competitors and customer requirements to develop innovative approaches to business development
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in business development or sales of IT services, preferably in managed services, cloud or IT outsourcing
Proven success in selling to mid-market customers (from 200 IT seats) and enterprise customers
Well-established network of IT decision-makers and a solid understanding of complex IT infrastructures and services
Strong negotiation and communication skills and a confident presence at C-level
Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation
Willingness to travel within the Rhein-Main area for customer acquisition and support
