Responsibilities
Develop customized energy supply solutions for heating, electricity and cooling
Coordinate project implementation with operations sites and internal stakeholders
Convert existing supply locations to renewable heat systems
Business development and customer consulting
On-site customer support to maintain and expand client relationships
Prepare technical and economic calculations and offers/quotes
Conduct contract negotiations
Handle public tenders and procurement processes
Support after-sales service and billing
Requirements
Technical education and degree: completed technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering)
3–5 years' professional experience in energy engineering or the energy industry
Business administration experience
Experience in customer interaction and communication
Experience in contract management
Project management, including cost calculations
MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with CRM systems
Fluent German (negotiation-level)
Confident, professional demeanor and strong service orientation
Analytical thinking and a proactive working style
