About the role

  • Vertriebsingenieur developing tailored energy supply solutions for warmth, electricity, and cooling. Managing client relations and project coordination in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized energy supply solutions for heating, electricity and cooling
  • Coordinate project implementation with operations sites and internal stakeholders
  • Convert existing supply locations to renewable heat systems
  • Business development and customer consulting
  • On-site customer support to maintain and expand client relationships
  • Prepare technical and economic calculations and offers/quotes
  • Conduct contract negotiations
  • Handle public tenders and procurement processes
  • Support after-sales service and billing

Requirements

  • Technical education and degree: completed technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering)
  • 3–5 years' professional experience in energy engineering or the energy industry
  • Business administration experience
  • Experience in customer interaction and communication
  • Experience in contract management
  • Project management, including cost calculations
  • MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Fluent German (negotiation-level)
  • Confident, professional demeanor and strong service orientation
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive working style
