Responsibilities
Further develop the district heating supply at the Sulzbach-Rosenberg site through network expansions and acquisition of new district heating house connections
Support the development of customized supply solutions for heat, power and cooling
Coordinate project implementation, such as district heating expansions and house connections, with responsible internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the transformation of existing supply sites to fully renewable heat supply
Acquire and advise customers, including negotiating proposals at the Sulzbach-Rosenberg site and across Bavaria
Provide on-site support to existing customers to secure and expand customer relationships
Prepare technical and economic calculations and proposals, and conduct contract negotiations through to contract creation
Requirements
Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., industrial engineering with a focus on energy and environmental technology, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering)
Alternatively, state-certified technician or equivalent qualifications (e.g., industrial foreman)
3–5 years of professional experience in district heating supply and energy technology or the energy industry
Knowledge of district heating systems as well as planning and construction management of district heating house connections
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Business-fluent German
