Requirements
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with deep experience in sourcing and candidate engagement.
- 3+ years working with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and sourcing tools.
- 3+ years’ experience developing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Experience sourcing for highly technical, hard‑to‑fill roles within an innovative, cutting‑edge technology organization (preferred).
- Strong background in building scalable sourcing strategies (preferred).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment (preferred).
- Demonstrated comfort pulling, analyzing, and sharing recruiting reports to support data‑driven hiring decisions (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
