About the role

  • (Senior) Marketing Operations Manager working on marketing optimization and analytics at CUJU, a sports talent platform. Collaborating closely with the CMO and Go-to-Market team to enhance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting, KPI management & performance insights
  • Continuous analysis and evaluation of campaign performance
  • Definition of relevant marketing KPIs and establishment of consistent measurement methods
  • Preparation & presentation of management reporting and performance analyses
  • Dashboards & data visualization
  • Preparation, provision & ownership of real-time dashboards to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that serve as a basis for management decisions
  • Process optimization & marketing operations
  • Development, optimization and automation of end-to-end marketing processes by advancing and integrating the marketing tech stack
  • Building efficient workflows, internal best practices and smooth operational processes
  • Ensuring alignment of all marketing initiatives with strategic company goals
  • Budget & resource management
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing with planning, controlling and monitoring budgets in close coordination with the Finance team
  • Providing data-driven budget and resource planning for management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high flexibility and proven experience in helping drive growth and scale
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field plus at least three years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing and Marketing Operations
  • Strong analytical skills and solid expertise in tracking, analytics tools and Excel
  • Strong data-driven decision-making ability and confident handling of relevant performance KPIs
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
