  • Marketing Operations Associate at Fitch Ratings ensuring timely, high-quality delivery for marketing operations. Contributing to lead generation, data governance, and customer experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Operations requests across the marketing and sales organization
  • Assist with sales enablement initiatives, including data validation
  • Support contact and lead data hygiene efforts
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness across all assigned tasks
  • Contribute to high-visibility initiatives by simplifying complexity and delivering measurable impact

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Clear communication with a proactive mindset
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce (desirable)
  • Project management experience (desirable)
