Responsibilities
Assist the Digital and Marketing Communications team with digital and creative project coordination and workflow support to gain industry knowledge.
Help route creative assets through proofing and approval processes, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Update project plans, status updates, and documentation within the project management system (Wrike) as requested.
Assist with maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation to support team organization and consistency.
Update and organize the companys DAM (Bynder) as needed
Monitor and assist in managing the teams shared email inbox by responding to associate inquiries, providing support, and helping ensure timely and professional customer service.
Participate in job shadowing and attend department meetings to gain a broader understanding of creative and marketing operations.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows or improve organization and share recommendations with the team.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.
Requirements
Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a Marketing degree
Ability to work 15 hours per week
Ability to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA
