Responsibilities
Present our company and current projects to potential new customers by phone (inbound & outbound)
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with IT decision-makers in the B2B sector
Develop and implement innovative lead-generation strategies
Proactively reach out to new leads in the SAP and Atlassian context — via phone, email, LinkedIn, and more
Coordinate and support customer appointments and web meetings
Prepare tailored proposals after analyzing customer requirements
Attend trade shows, conferences and industry events — across Germany
Work closely with our sales and marketing teams
Requirements
Some sales experience, ideally in B2B tech sales
Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems
Strong communication skills, persistence, and a good sense for people
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Interest in IT topics, ideally SAP & Atlassian
Very good German language skills (spoken and written); English is an advantage
