Responsibilities
Provide functional support to internal users and/or customers with a focus on the CargoWise system;
Handle support tickets, analyze issues, and route solutions;
Assist with user training and guidance, ensuring a positive experience and correct use of the tool;
Perform technical and functional diagnostics, translating user needs to the technical team when necessary;
Collaborate with other departments involved in import, export and international logistics processes;
Maintain and update the system Workbooks.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields;
Functional knowledge of CargoWise (preferred);
Familiarity with maritime and air import/export processes;
Experience with support and service tools (e.g., ticketing systems, Service Desk);
Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Intermediate English (reading and verbal communication);
Spanish is desirable (advantageous for supporting clients in Latin America).
