About the role
- Providing functional support to users and customers with an emphasis on the CargoWise system. Collaborating with various areas in import and export logistics processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support to internal users and/or customers with a focus on the CargoWise system;
- Handle support tickets, analyze issues, and route solutions;
- Assist with user training and guidance, ensuring a positive experience and correct use of the tool;
- Perform technical and functional diagnostics, translating user needs to the technical team when necessary;
- Collaborate with other departments involved in import, export and international logistics processes;
- Maintain and update the system Workbooks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Functional knowledge of CargoWise (preferred);
- Familiarity with maritime and air import/export processes;
- Experience with support and service tools (e.g., ticketing systems, Service Desk);
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Intermediate English (reading and verbal communication);
- Spanish is desirable (advantageous for supporting clients in Latin America).
