Coordinates the recruitment and selection processes needed to build and recruit a diverse candidate pool of top talent for assigned area(s).
Partners with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Sources, screens, attracts, interviews, and hires candidates, providing support and recommendations throughout the selection process, through compensation package/offer negotiations.
Collaborates with hiring leaders to develop, support and maintain effective programs for recruiting and selecting top talent to meet identified business needs.
Identifies and establishes effective networks, tools and resources to build and attract a pipeline of top talent.
Promotes career opportunities and the company brand using multiple sourcing methods, such as company job boards, talent platforms, social media, recruiting events and community partnerships.
Conducts effective candidate assessment ranging from resume screening, leveraging testing tools, to interviewing.
Creates a positive, memorable candidate experience.
Partners with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or job posting platform representatives as needed for recruitment activities.
Performs administrative responsibilities as needed for assigned areas, such as conducting background checks, assisting with the immigration process, communicating with community contacts and liaising with employment and/or immigration attorneys.
Provides reports, analysis and recommendations to leadership to inform talent strategy.
Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training
Demonstrated experience with successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies and tools (i.e., internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, research, etc.)
Ability to prequalify and present initial opportunity and value proposition to identified candidates
Applicant tracking system and/or candidate relationship management (CRM) system experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Comfortable partnering with various levels of leadership and executives and working on a virtual team
Ability to work outside of normal working hours and capacity to travel occasionally is required for this position.
