About the role

  • Coordinates the recruitment and selection processes needed to build and recruit a diverse candidate pool of top talent for assigned area(s).
  • Partners with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Sources, screens, attracts, interviews, and hires candidates, providing support and recommendations throughout the selection process, through compensation package/offer negotiations.
  • Collaborates with hiring leaders to develop, support and maintain effective programs for recruiting and selecting top talent to meet identified business needs.
  • Identifies and establishes effective networks, tools and resources to build and attract a pipeline of top talent.
  • Promotes career opportunities and the company brand using multiple sourcing methods, such as company job boards, talent platforms, social media, recruiting events and community partnerships.
  • Conducts effective candidate assessment ranging from resume screening, leveraging testing tools, to interviewing.
  • Creates a positive, memorable candidate experience.
  • Partners with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or job posting platform representatives as needed for recruitment activities.
  • Performs administrative responsibilities as needed for assigned areas, such as conducting background checks, assisting with the immigration process, communicating with community contacts and liaising with employment and/or immigration attorneys.
  • Supports, administers and/or maintains recruiting systems.
  • Provides reports, analysis and recommendations to leadership to inform talent strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training
  • Demonstrated experience with successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies and tools (i.e., internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, research, etc.)
  • Ability to prequalify and present initial opportunity and value proposition to identified candidates
  • Applicant tracking system and/or candidate relationship management (CRM) system experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Comfortable partnering with various levels of leadership and executives and working on a virtual team
  • Ability to work outside of normal working hours and capacity to travel occasionally is required for this position.
