About the role

  • Client Executive in Real Estate at Cotality driving strategic business development in Australia and New Zealand through aggressive new acquisitions and solution selling.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business development and maximise growth within Australia and New Zealand through aggressive new business acquisition
  • Prospect independently for new opportunities, showcasing the entire Cotality suite of solutions to existing and potential customers
  • Meet and exceed state portfolio targets through disciplined sales planning and execution
  • Develop and implement effective sales and retention strategies by assessing current and future client needs
  • Maintain CRM discipline to keep a healthy pipeline aligned with quarterly targets
  • Partner with account managers and internal business units to transition clients smoothly after the onboarding and implementation phase
  • Stay attuned to market trends and competitor strategies to enhance Cotality’s competitive position
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations, tailoring solutions to facilitate a strong client experience
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the Cotality brand and generate leads
  • Provide regular sales reports, including performance to budget and variance analysis
  • Ensure all actions support Cotality’s WHS obligations and participate in required safety training

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales, or a customer-facing role
  • A strong business development mindset with a focus on solution selling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and qualify a pipeline of medium to high-value opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for forecasting and reporting
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently
  • A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work autonomously while remaining a collaborative team member
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or Real Estate
  • Strong understanding of the property industry
  • Relevant certifications or tertiary study in Business, Sales, or Account Management
  • Expertise in data platforms and digital listing ecosystems
