- Deliver on short, medium, and long-term company objectives for creating a thriving workforce
- Support with the delivery of effective communication and education of all people experience and wellbeing matters
- Collaborate with key interested parties within the business and work with external providers to deliver engaging and impactful initiatives

- The ability to corral a wide network of champions to aid the delivery of wellbeing programmes across the whole business
- Passion for delivering engagement through effective education and communication
- Demonstration of collaboration and curiosity to drive successful outcomes
- Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of Corporate Wellbeing and whole person wellbeing
- Knowledge of People Experience in the workplace
- Experience of Financial Wellbeing programmes
