Support with the delivery of effective communication and education of all people experience and wellbeing matters
Collaborate with key interested parties within the business and work with external providers to deliver engaging and impactful initiatives
Requirements
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to corral a wide network of champions to aid the delivery of wellbeing programmes across the whole business
Passion for delivering engagement through effective education and communication
Demonstration of collaboration and curiosity to drive successful outcomes
Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail
Knowledge of Corporate Wellbeing and whole person wellbeing
Knowledge of People Experience in the workplace
Experience of Financial Wellbeing programmes
