About the role

  • People Experience and Wellbeing Advisor responsible for executing wellbeing offerings. Managing employee engagement and education initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful execution of our People Experience and Wellbeing offerings
  • Deliver on short, medium, and long-term company objectives for creating a thriving workforce
  • Support with the delivery of effective communication and education of all people experience and wellbeing matters
  • Collaborate with key interested parties within the business and work with external providers to deliver engaging and impactful initiatives

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to corral a wide network of champions to aid the delivery of wellbeing programmes across the whole business
  • Passion for delivering engagement through effective education and communication
  • Demonstration of collaboration and curiosity to drive successful outcomes
  • Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Corporate Wellbeing and whole person wellbeing
  • Knowledge of People Experience in the workplace
  • Experience of Financial Wellbeing programmes
  • Vendor management
