About the role

  • Intern in Human Resources assisting in the operational management of RH and project coordination. Contributing to recruitment processes and developing training paths.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the recruitment process (screening applications, organizing interviews...)
  • Develop relationships with schools and university partners
  • Co-develop training pathways and support their implementation
  • Contribute to the onboarding and follow-up of iQers

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a business school
  • Previous experience preferred (internships, work-study placements, student jobs)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong listening and analytical skills, with attention to detail
