Responsibilities
Personnel administration
Administrative management of employees and casual staff
Monitoring casual staff (management of timesheets in coordination with Payroll)
Drafting contracts, certificates and HR administrative documents
Assisting with timekeeping and absence tracking
Updating employee files and HR tools
Managing and maintaining a candidate pool (casual staff, interns, apprentices)
Supporting intern recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist: screening applications, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-up
Welcoming & onboarding employees
Assisting with the administrative onboarding of new hires
Contributing to the organization and monitoring of integration programs
Liaising with the hotel's various departments
Participating in internal communications and HR marketing activities
Helping organize internal events (meetings, employee highlights, internal activities)
Supporting initiatives that promote engagement and quality of work life
Cross-functional HR support
Providing daily support to the HR team on cross-functional tasks
Participating in the improvement of HR processes and tools
Ensuring compliance with internal rules and confidentiality
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or attending a business school
Interest in the hospitality and/or luxury sector
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening ability
Attention to detail, well organized, and strict respect for confidentiality
Autonomous, responsive and proactively minded
Fluent in English (required)
Proactive and comfortable building relationships
