Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, providing consultative and personalized service
Prospect for new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones to drive retention and grow the customer base
Plan and execute commercial strategies aimed at improving sales performance
Lead negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial pending issues
Identify and recommend the best solutions according to clients' needs
Handle both outbound and inbound customer interactions, overseeing the entire commercial process and ensuring efficient follow-up.
Requirements
High school diploma (college degree is a plus)
Experience in sales/commercial roles, preferably in inside sales
Knowledge of and experience selling electrical materials
Strong communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills
