About the role

  • Salesman Jr managing client portfolios for electrical materials; ensuring consultative service and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing consultative and personalized service
  • Prospect for new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones to drive retention and grow the customer base
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies aimed at improving sales performance
  • Lead negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial pending issues
  • Identify and recommend the best solutions according to clients' needs
  • Handle both outbound and inbound customer interactions, overseeing the entire commercial process and ensuring efficient follow-up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (college degree is a plus)
  • Experience in sales/commercial roles, preferably in inside sales
  • Knowledge of and experience selling electrical materials
  • Strong communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills
