Responsibilities
Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service
Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aiming for customer retention and growth of the client base
Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial outstanding items
Identify and offer the best solutions according to clients' needs
Provide proactive (outbound) and reactive (inbound) service, overseeing the entire sales process and ensuring efficient follow-up.
Requirements
High school diploma required (college degree is a plus)
Experience in sales, preferably with inside sales
Knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) sales
Good communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills.
