About the role

  • Salesman Jr managing client accounts for Dimensional Brasil. Focused on sales strategies, client relations, and personalized customer service in Curitiba.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service
  • Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aiming for customer retention and growth of the client base
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
  • Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial outstanding items
  • Identify and offer the best solutions according to clients' needs
  • Provide proactive (outbound) and reactive (inbound) service, overseeing the entire sales process and ensuring efficient follow-up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required (college degree is a plus)
  • Experience in sales, preferably with inside sales
  • Knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) sales
  • Good communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills.
