  • Lead and implement marketing and sales strategies for Heraeus Epurio Clevios. Drive business growth through effective leadership and analysis in the organic chemicals market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and measure effective marketing and sales strategy for Heraeus Epurio Clevios business
  • Responsible for developing a mid- and long-term sales pipeline
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts/agreements with customers
  • Provide leadership to global team members to achieve company sales targets
  • Execute and develop sales budget for short and long-term growth
  • Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitors
  • Communicate and co-work with cross function departments to achieve company target
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Material Science
  • Many years of full responsibility in sales, marketing or business development roles in the organic chemicals market
  • Demonstrated success in sales, marketing and managerial roles within a commercial organization
  • Ability to achieve results from action plans deriving from solid strategic thinking
  • Proven ability to build high-performance sales cultures with clear accountability and measurable success metrics
  • Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across complex matrix organizations
  • Fluent in business English; German is a plus
