About the role

  • Account Executive in the MRO supplies industry at Nortel, focusing on sales and client engagement. Involves technical visits, customer support, and event organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical visits to manufacturers, regular and targeted visits
  • Identify and establish new contacts within customer accounts to map areas with the highest purchasing potential
  • Promote the contract, the company and related products; distribute catalogs of products sold by the company
  • Provide customer support
  • Perform follow-up
  • Identify items included in the contract
  • Create events to strengthen our brand and products (booths, presentations, trainings)
  • Schedule visits for product coordinators or manufacturers when requested
  • Prepare supply proposals for products
  • Provide weekly reports to management to track activities performed

Requirements

  • College degree in progress or completed
  • Experience in field sales
  • Previous experience in commercial sales in MRO (Electrical, Tools or PPE)
